Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds, renewals and cancellations on bankstatementanalyser.com, run by founder Rethax and a small hyperproductive team. See Pricing.
Sample and plans
The sample report is free to read, with no account. The Free plan includes 10 analyses and 10 chat questions a month and is never charged. Paid plans add larger monthly allowances.
Plans
Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the Pricing page, in US dollars. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. A plan is activated as soon as payment clears.
14-day money-back window
If a plan isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to the first purchase of a plan and not to renewals. To request one, email the account email and payment date to support@bankstatementanalyser.com.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your next billing date.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Manage plan on your dashboard, or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan. We don't refund unused time, except within the 14-day window above.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged incorrectly — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a plan that never activated — contact us and we'll fix it, with a full refund where appropriate.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
