Bank statement analyzer — FAQs
Short answers.
Analyzer or analyser?
Both. American and British spelling. Same tool, same result.
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan lets you analyse up to 10 statements a month with a free preview of the extracted data and balance reconciliation check. Full report access and Excel, CSV, and PDF downloads require a Starter or Professional subscription.
Which banks are supported?
Any bank in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, EU and worldwide. 55+ major bank layouts built in — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One, Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Monzo, RBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO, CommBank and more.
Does it export Excel and CSV?
Yes. Paid plans export a multi-sheet reconciled Excel workbook (.xlsx), flat transactions CSV, tax summary CSV, and printable PDF report.
Do you store my statements?
No. Files are processed in memory and never stored. Results are deleted after 24 hours. Passwords stay in memory only.
How accurate is it on scanned PDFs?
Every total is checked: opening balance plus all rows must equal closing balance. Scanned PDFs run through contrast-enhanced OCR and balance-chain verification.
