This service converts bank statement PDFs to Excel and CSV, and analyses them for income, risk and fraud signals. US banks are detected by name; statements from other countries convert when they use the same table layout. Convert and analyse run on your plan. Use them only with statements you are allowed to process.
The service
Conversion is provided as-is. Balances must reconcile; if we cannot verify the numbers, the conversion fails instead of returning a wrong result. You are still responsible for reading the output before you rely on it.
Limits
Files up to 100 pages and 15 MB per upload, so the service stays reliable on our current host. Monthly page and AI analysis quotas apply per plan — see the Pricing page. Files are removed after 24 hours. We may pause or reject jobs when the server is at capacity.
Billing, renewals & refunds
Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually at the prices on Pricing. Checkout is handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. The 14-day money-back window on first purchases and the full renewal and cancellation rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No financial advice
The Analyzer's output — including income, cash-flow, risk and fraud signals — is generated automatically from the file you upload and is informational only. It is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and we are not a lender, credit bureau or licensed verification provider. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for credit, lending, employment, tenancy or immigration decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, attempt to overload the service, or use it to process statements you do not have a right to convert.
Liability
The service is provided without warranties beyond what law requires. We are not liable for losses from using or relying on converted files or analysis output. US law and the host country's law may also apply.
